Step By Step Instructions On How To Get Google Analytics Tag

Step 1

Launch google analytics home page by visiting https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/

Click the Admin button in bottom left side pane.

Step 2

You can create a new Property for individual google form, if you want to track them separately. Once you have a property, click on 'Data Stream', and then Choose 'Web Platform'

Step 3

In the WebSite URL, You can add 'forms.google.com' and Stream Name can be 'Google Form' (or some other relevant name you want to keep)

Step 4

Scroll Down To Page and Click On 'View Tag Instructions' under 'Google Tag' section.

Step 5

Copy the Snippet using the Copy button. This is your google snippet code.
